Would you like to submit custom logo artwork?  The cost is a one time charge of $25.00; this charge would not apply to any reorder of the same logo.  Please email your custom artwork to sales@ribbonwarehouse.com  If for technical reasons we are unable to get a clean impression of your custom artwork, your order will be fully refunded at your request or you may submit other artwork at no additional charge.   We prefer EPS files but can also accept a high resolution PDF, PSD, AI or JPEG (Minimum DPI of 300).  

If this is a logo order please provide a brief description of your logo below, so that we may easily match it to your order:
7.  Ribbon Personalization:
You may submit a statement that is up to 200 characters long.  If you want a graphic please state exactly where to print it (ONE SPOT ONLY); please be very specific so that you do not have delays in receiving your order.  Example:  Lisa (BC7) Bob.  A one inch space will be inserted between each statement and/or logo unless you request otherwise.  Lastly, if you know exactly how long you would like your printed statement to be please indicate this as well
