FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. How soon can I expect to receive my order? We ship Monday - Friday only. If standard shipping is selected your order will be received within 10 business days of order placement. If expedited shipping is selected your order will be received within 2 - 3 days of order placement. For all customers outside the United States orders can be delivered within 14 days with standard international shipping or within 7 days with express international shipping.

2. Can I place an order on the phone? We cannot take orders on the phone, there is too much room for errors with personalized products.

3. What kind of material do you use? We use high quality 3/8” ribbon that is a soft double face satin (printing is not washable).

4. Can you print multiple colors? We can only print in a single color and it must be one of the print colors shown on the order form below.

UNCUT RIBBON

ONLY SELECT UNCUT, PRECUT OR BOWED RIBBON TO THE LEFT. IF YOU SELECT MORE THAN ONE YOU WILL NEED TO BRING THE ONE YOU DON'T WANT BACK TO "Not Desired" ON THE DROP-DOWN LIST.

If you order the bowed ribbon, each ribbon is delivered assembled into a bow as shown in the pictures to the left of this page. The back of your bow will have an adhesive backing that you can easily peal and then stick to your favor.

If your cutting the ribbon yourself, to reduce fraying we recommend cutting the ribbon with pinking shears (saw tooth cut)

Would you like a photo proof of your ribbon sent to you via email ($15.00)? The photograph we email you will be your actual ribbon personalized the way you have requested. Your approval will be required via email before we send your order in for production.
