I was planning on using the ribbon for tags in my line of handbags and bibs (www.coffinquilts.etsy.com) I was concerned that the silver print would be easily scratched off but so far I have had no problems what so ever. The price was fair and the print is clean and clear. Also I was very pleased with the speed of shipping my order was here in about a week. I plan using this company again in the near future. My phone # was included and there was a place to put the printing instrustions where I said please place logo after the name, before the wedding date. Someone should have contacted me if they saw someting in error in my order insted of printing it up with very poor quality ink with a #and a number in the words. I am very disappointed.

I tried to contact them back and they didnt call me until two days later, and then they would not provide me any other recourse to rectify the mistake. I still have not heard back from them, even though I have emailed them several times. The product was wrong and I wasnt given a proof confirming my order other than a packing order to show it had been sent. The only response from them that I have gotten via voicemail is that they printed according to what they received online. I am was and still am very displeased with their service.

The email I received with the order shipping confirmation number was a little misleading, in that it lead one to believe you could track the transit of the package, but you could only use the information to track that it had been shipped and that it had been delivered. When I emailed Ribbon Warehouse to clarify that information, they were quick to respond and very helpful.
