No complications on my order. I printed my logo on grosgrain ribbon. It looks great! Only thing, the graphic smudges once it is been tied on a ribbon and then untied.

I was impressed with how quickly we got our roll of grosgrain ribbon and I am excited to use it as custom luggage ties for our school group as we travel to Europe. My only complaint is that some of the printing is more faint than the rest, not consistent. For our purposes it's ok, that could be better. Otherwise, great product!
