We're now closed for a holiday break from 12/13/18 - 12/31/18. When we resume operations on 1/1/19, all orders and emails received during our holiday break will be processed and shipped based on when the order was received and the level of shipping selected. 2. What are my shipping options?
Click here for shipping cost chart. We ship Monday - Friday only. If standard shipping is selected your order will be received within 8 - 10 business days of order placement. If expedited shipping is selected your order will be received within 2 - 3 business days of order placement. For all customers outside the continental United States orders can be delivered within 14 days with standard international shipping or within 8 days with express international shipping.
3. Where do you ship from?
Your order will ship from one of our two Florida offices.
4. Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes! We accept all major credit cards via our secure server. All credit card information is secure using the highest level of encryption upon being submitted to our secure server.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.
6. What are your hours?
Our internet division processes orders Monday - Friday from 9AM - 7PM Eastern Standard Time.
7. Am I charged tax?
We have offices in Florida thus requiring us to charge a sales tax of 7% to Florida residents.
8. What is you return policy?
Ribbon Warehouse wants you to be satisfied with your purchases. However, in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will honor returns only if the personalized item was imprinted incorrectly. You will receive the refund as a credit to your credit card for the purchase price of the product you return. All non personalized items have a 15% restocking fee, you are responsible for all return shipping charges and we do not give credit for the initial shipping charges. All returns must be received back within 30 days of receipt of the item or it will be shipped back to you at your expense.
9. Can you print in more than one color?
No, we only offer single color printing but generally we can take a multi color logo and turn it into a single color logo.
10. Can I wash my ribbon or can the ribbon come into contact with moisture?
No, we do not recommend washing the ribbons as this will likely damage the ribbon and printing.
