1. Outstanding product and customer service

   We have used Ribbon Warehouse previously to produce a printed ribbon that, ultimately, is bound into a casebound book. The quality of the printed ribbon is always excellent, as expected. This time, however, they went above and beyond, to call me and let me know some of the writing would be illegible if printed the way we sent the file. They sent me a printed proof and we adjusted the size and it came out perfect. Best customer service ever.

   The quality of this ribbon is beautiful. The text is sharp, with a nice size font. I purchased navy ribbon with gold text. It is very handsome! I was gifted a personalized roll of this type ribbon many years ago (gold text on white ribbon), and I use it very frequently when wrapping gifts. I know I will get a lot of use and pleasure from this new roll as well. Knowing the fine quality, I will order rolls for my daughters too

   The ribbon is a really nice quality, and the printing is crisp and neat. My order had a spacing error but they corrected it super fast.

   Bought a huge spool to tie off wedding favors. I had it personalized with the Wedding Couple's names and their wedding date with an emblem, a baseball. (Baseball themed wedding)

    The ribbons came out just about perfect. I ordered 12 inch precut ribbons with my name and my fiancé's name and the date of our wedding at the ends. They came out just how I wanted them to. The only complaint is that on some ribbons, the gold ink was a little too much and blurred the lettering.
    
    The ordering process and the shipping time were great.

    The ribbon came quickly. Was correctly printed, cut, and just the right color. Just what we wanted for this project. A+!
