Quickly Replaced Subpar Ribbon
This is my second time ordering from Ribbon Warehouse. When my order arrived the printing was not as clear as it was on my first order. After speaking with customer service they immediately reprinted the ribbon and expedited shipping to me. The second batch was the high quality i expected from them, i'm happy that they quickly resolved my issue. I will likely order again if i need more cusom ribbon.

Bad Printing
The printing came out blurred and had tons of bleeding. In some cases there were areas where ink was missing. There was not clean printing on most of the text as well.
