I am updating a previous to say how pleased I now am with Ribbon Warehouse. I had placed an order that arrived different than the specifications I set. Ribbon Warehouse replaced the order to the right specs in less than a week. The ribbons will proudly grace handmade decorated grails handed out to parade goers at the Krewe of King Arthur parade in New Orleans Mardi Gras.

Not satisfactory
If the order had been to specs, I would be very pleased. However, I ordered 10" pre-cut but received 13". I requested in the additional instructions that the text occur once on each strip but it was printed 3 times on each. Had it not been, I could have just cut the ribbons down to size and I would have given 5 stars despite extra length. As it stands, very disappointed.

Perfect Holiday Finishing Touch
The outermost ribbon on the roll was fuzzy, but going in a little farther, the printing was clear and crisp. We used this ribbon for client gifts and it worked very well. It was good quality ribbon, printed well. The turnaround time was faster than expected.
